What's cooking in October?

Morning all,

Only 37 outside right now...brrr! But it is a beautiful morning with the sunrise giving off a golden glow. Trees are just starting to become tipped with color. Our tree in the front yard has one yellow branch of leaves, the rest are still green. Funny how half a tree can turn color and not the other half. Not sure why that happens.

Went out to the movies last night with friends. Saw "Moneyball", was good. I'm not a Brad Pitt fan but he played his part well. Not a baseball fan either but did enjoye the story line and it is true too. Had dinner at Ruby Tuesday's. Place was packed, had to wait for a table.So much for a tough enconomy. Some people have money.

Tonight meeting friends for a late birthday party. Late being after the fact. Late evening parties don't happen for my crowd anymore.
