Good morning everyone. Wow. It's already December. There should be a lot or cooking and baking this month. For dinner Monday Ria made Swedish meatballs and gravy and Yestauday I made a small sauce and I fried chicken cutlets for chicken parm. Ria had her chicken plain. With her meds sauce has a lousy taste and we had peas and carrots. Hope everyone has a great holiday season.

Grilled Chicken Breast topped with melted cheese and bacon crumbles 

Oven-roasted Brussels sprouts 

Chia seed pudding with blueberries

Chili with corn muffins, pick your toppings - cheese, sour cream, chopped onions, avocado, Fritos. For dessert, an amazing chocolate cheesecake my dear friend dropped off yesterday!

I still had a few unused russet potatoes from Thanksgiving, so I decided to see what else I needed to use up. Carrots, celery, onion, bacon and a half block of white cheddar. I bought a head of cauliflower this morning and am making a cauliflower potato bacon soup. Making it up as I go along. I don't think it could be bad.

Tonight we had hot dogs and steak fries.

Despite the cold temp today, 20° wind chill 12°, DH will be doing bbq ribs on the grill. They are actually ready made from the Kroger deli so just need to be warmed. I said we could warm them in the oven but no ... he prefers that BBQ taste!! OK by me! Also having twice baked potatoes & coleslaw. Hot cocoa & cranberry nut bread for dessert.
