Tonight’s dinner:

A big dinner salad - spring mix, romaine, cucumber slices, sliced mini peppers, Kalamata olives, avocado, grape tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles, sliced steak, dressing.

Having steak on the grill tonight with salad. The salad is kale,cut up broccoli, brussel sprouts and dressing of choice.

Chicken Florentine 

Small tossed salad

Roasted brussel sprouts 

 

Some kind of keto cookie for dessert.  I have to decide what I’m baking today.  

 

ETA - I have an iced “oatmeal” cookie recipe that I wanted to try so that’s what I decided to make.

Tonight I am making homemade pepperoni and mushroom pizza.  Will be making a garden salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and radishes.  Oil and vinegar dressing.  Homemade fresh garlic bread, too.  

Going the lazy route for dessert..... Strawberry jello but making fresh whipped topping.  🍕🍄🍅🍞
