What's Everyone Cooking this Memorial Weekend

We have already started. DH has a brisket & baby back ribs on the Masterbuilt Smoker. Have some Mac 'n' Cheese & some BBQ beans on the smoker too. Already made some potato salad. At least I won't be in the kitchen cooking all weekend. Can't wait to eat I'm getting hungry. Enjoy your weekend.
