What kitchen wares/gadgets do you collect?

Some people collect roliing pins, some collect cookbooks etc. What do you collect that is kitchen related, and what are your criteria for your collection (must it be vintage, must it be a (whatever) but in certain color or brand?

Over the years, I have started collecting a number of things. Some of my collections have petered out after 2 pieces (my vintage rolling pins) other are becoming obsessions.

I collect older Tupperware in good shape, I think the new stuff is not as goodand I can use every piece to store food, doesn't take up space for nothing.

Pyrex mixing bowls in sets. Love these things, but only want vintage ones in colors and patterns.

Revereware and Farberware pots and pans-again vintage only as are so much better made.Like these because can be put to everyday use.

Dishes and their serving pieces- have about 8 different sets that I change out for seasons or special occasions. This one just has to stop!!!

Vintage aprons and tea towels, use the tea towels, just keep the aprons, trying to think of a neat way to display them.

What stuff interests you and how do you use/display it?
