What are you serving with your Prime Rib

We're having Prime Rib this year for Christmas and I was wondering what other ladies served with it. I'm thinking of salad, rolls, baked potato or potato augratin (sp) and deserts. Any other ideas would be appreciated. Have a Merry Christmas every one.
