What am I doing wrong?

I'm new to Temptations and have purchased several things and love the pieces I(Confetti). I have one question...they claim you can bake bread, cornbread,etc in them and they will not stick. However, when I tried to make cornbread, it stuck like crazy and I had a terrible time getting the dish clean. What is the secret to making cornbread not stick to the bowl?
