I actually like breakfast for dinner but I agree it isn't very filling. I think the issue may be serving a breakfast size instead of a dinner size portion![]()
My answer would also be having to cook! I could live on salads and sandwiches, something healthy, nutritious and quick.
I would never cook duck.

They served duck. They all ranted and raved and I just couldn't eat it. Took one bite and slyly slipped it to my husband. Ewww. Nasty.
My answer is "no" to duck as well. Nope - "nasty" is right!

Unfortunately, it's salmon. So good for me but I dislike it.

Can't think of anything I like that I wouldn't want for dinner. Especially the afore mentioned duck!
And I would love chicken livers for dinner. Or raw oysters. Shrimp? Love shirmp for dinner. Eggs? Especially soft boiled! Love them too and toast or a biscuit on the side.
We just had ribs.

My mother used to make liver every once in a blue moon. I loathed it. UGHHHHH
We were lucky she was a great cook, so many of my friend's parents weren't and they ate out a lot or ate junky dinners.
Second would be stir fried rice. It was great, but she used to add scrambled egg to it and I hated eggs.
Eggs....they were the beginning of the end for this girl....plant based all the way!

Any fish or seafood is a big no. If it lived in water, I do not like the taste of it.

When it comes to dinner, I don't mind breakfast or really any other food that I like. If I don't like something, I don't like it any time. LOL. But! I think when it comes to dinner, I want a hot (temp) meal. I don't mind a sandwich, but I want it to be toasted or have a warm filling with gravy. An entree salad might be ok.... that might be the only exception. LOL

The list of foods I don't like is long. Thank goodness I select what I cook, so I don't make many foods I don't like.
ITA about duck...no thank you. Loathe real sushi. Shudder. And detest tofu. You can also keep liver out of my house.
We do eat breakfast for dinner often. Trust me, my husband gets dinner size portions of breakfast items. He is 6'5" and he puts away the grub. He also works out every day...so he also burns off his calories.
