@Mz iMac  I'm going to use the salt or oil when making hard boiled eggs!   What a great idea!

@SportyShorty07  Love your reward idea💕. I would give myself many rewards!😂

@2sisters Welcome!🥰 Excellent tips! Like you,  I LOVE❤ using parchment paper! I use it when baking on my cookie sheets, or sheet pans and parchment paper inserts for my cake pans! There is  ALWAYS easy release with PERFECT browning!😁 Cooking spray tends to stain them.😊

THANK you SO much for caring to share your helpful tips today!🤗

Re: What Is (Are) Your BEST Kitchen / Cooking TIPS Or Tricks?

@SandySparkles  I've never had a Lindt cheesecake truffle either! So I'm not the only one who regrets not purchasing the Lindt truffle TSV? Smiley Very Happy  I remember I bought that type of TSV a few years ago during the springtime and the flavors were white chocolate coconut, strawberry white chocolate, mango white chocolate and I think milk choclate- it was sooo delicious.  I have no willpower around Lindor truffles, so its probably for the best that I didn't purchase them!

I'm glad that you liked my words and I mean it- you write such fun posts that get everybody participating! I'm glad you like my yellow chicken kitchen timer- it's about 4 inches tall and I use it everyday to time out my cooking.  I got it on Amazon Smiley Very HappyHeart  Here's another one of my favorite chicken kitchen timers that I own haha.

@2sisters  I love parchment paper! I use parchment for when I make homemade garlic knots or I bake salmon.  I'm glad that you like my reward idea for doing chores! Oh believe me, some days I give myself too many candy rewards for chores Smiley Very Happy! Hershey's kisses or a few oreos are some good rewards for chores Smiley Very HappySmiley WinkHeart! I have to poetion out my little  rewards for chores or else I go nuts with the candy!

My air fryer makes awesome baked potatoes (crispy skins). No need to heat up the whole oven for two potatoes.

Re: What Is (Are) Your BEST Kitchen / Cooking TIPS Or Tricks?

I use crisco to grease nonstick cake pans instead of the nonstick spray as the spray leaves a film on the pan that I cannot figure out how to get off. Crisco doesn't compromise the pan at all and cleans right up.

@AuntG I am SO glad you posted this because I have NEVER entertained the idea of making baked potatoes in the air fryer, but am now inspired to!😁 I wish I had thought of this, as I LOVE❤ baked potatoes for dinner.😊

Re: What Is (Are) Your BEST Kitchen / Cooking TIPS Or Tricks?

@SandySparkles  Thank you Smiley Happy! My little chicken timers always make me smile- especially the one with minute and second blue eye buttons Smiley Very Happy.  The white chocolate lindt truffles are so delicious- and sometimes around Valentine's Day I can even find Neopolitan flavored Lindt truffles at Walgreens- white chocolate, milk chocolate and strawberry all in one truffle.  I love the classic milk and dark chocolate truffles too- so rich and fancy tasting!
