@granddiWhen I was real little I would make mustard sandwiches, and a cold thermos of cold water and find a shade tree to play exployer and eat this for my lunch. Everything according to my Mother was off limits. Here she was "Don't eat this or that its for another lunch or dinner, but she didn't mention mustard sandwiches and cold water.

@LUVNLIFEMy Aunt used to bake cream puffs but instead of cream she would fill with ground ham salad or ground baloney salad. So different, but so very good. She made them for shower treats.I so miss those days.

I like a nice cold glass of chocolate milk and BBQ potato chips.  And we had a special sandwich growing up.  It was open-faced - piece of toast covered with peanut butter with strips of bacon, sliced tomato and velveeta. Put it under the broiler until the cheese melts. YUMMY

That beef tongue sandwich does not sound good. I still freak out in the meat section when I see a big purple/gray whole cow tongue in the case.

Yay, for Slaw dogs, love them. Also like the melon with cottaage cheese.

I like hot sauce over pierogies, salad, etc.  Spice it up is always better.

My kids get grossed out.

My dad used to eat ketchup on saltines.

He said they were so poor that he ate that throughout his childhood.

I grew up eating peanut butter and sweet pickle sandwiches. I still like to eat them. Also while I was a camp nurse I was intoduced to potatoe chips with ketchup. This tastes just like french fries and ketchup. Yum.
