Many of you have mentioned Wegmans in your posts. Mary was demonstrating a jar opener today in the kitchen. The jars she used in the demonstration were Wegmans products. The products impressed me more than the jar opener.LOL

I think they've been using Wegman's products in demo's for several years. They must have some kind of deal.I shop at Wegman's weekly as it's real close to me.

We don't have one here in town, but I'm kind of surrounded by them and they are worth the trip. Their bagels , bread and produce are top notch.

Re: Wegmans on QVC

[ Edited ]

I am pretty sure Wegmans and QVC have a marketing agreement.  Wegmans provides all the food for free or a big discount for the demos and QVC must make sure the Wegmans label is predominantly shown.

@fancy pantsy I look at property on Zillow for a hobby. Rochester has really caught my eye. It seems like it has a lot to offer. Are the winters really rough?

Yes, @On It, it has so much to offer for sure.  i really miss the sense of community.  and yes, the winters WERE rough. but my brother is still there, and he says they are nothing like they used to be.

@On It  I have Wegman's nearby, but I usually go there only during holidays. When I get there my ADD kicks in big time. There doesn't seem to be the usual flow of a grocery store. People are EVERYWHERE and going in every different direction. I usually leave without completing my list. Good cheese and seafood!

Wegmans is the best, so lucky we have one a mile from our house !! Q used a different store until Wegmans made their way into their area, since then Q has been a Wegmans user all the way.
