DD picked up a stuffed pork tenderloin yesterday.  Holy cow,  that was good.  Very tender and the best part, easy,

375 degress oven for 40 minutes.  You take the plastic off, it is in it's own little tray and in she goes.

We really cheated with the rest of dinner.  Bob Evans mashed potatoes,  a packet of brown gravy mix (DD's idea) and green beans.

Sounds good.  What was in the stuffing?

@Zhills  Truthfully,  I have no idea.  Seemed to me to be a regular bread stuffing.

Wegman's has several stuffed Pork Tenderloin so if you would post what kind it was I would appreciate it. Once I know I am going to get one but I would like to know exactly what the name of it. Thanks.

I like pork tenderloin too--and I've made the stuffed version of it myself. Easy cut of meat to use.

I used to do a stuffed version of standard pork loin (a bigger cut of meat than the tenderloin).  I'd just use Stove Top Stuffing sometimes mixed with additional onions.
