[Gogos]

We annually attend an outdoor quilt show in Oregon. They have 1000 to 1500 quilts brought or sent by quilters around the world. The quilts are hung outside the front and sides of storefronts. The two main streets are closed to traffic and diverted around the town. It is a BEAUTIFUL area. Women from S. Africa, England and other countries attend.

We decided to save money by carrying some of our food using Lock n Lock. We cooled the food with the ThermaFreeze sheets in our softpack coolers. The first night we stopped on our journey we ate our Chicken/Artichoke/Pasta salad (recipe from one of our QVC members) and enjoyed it immensely. We had enough to take with us for another meal at our hotel in Oregon. In both hotels we had refrigerators with small freezers (enough to reinvigorate the frozen ThermaFreeze.)

Two days after the quilt show we traveled to one of the most beautiful rivers I've seen in my life. The water is acqua blue and crystal clear. The fish hatchery next to one portion of the river has picnic tables. Again we used our softpack coolers, our lock n lock (with the three individual inserts for different food items -worked perfectly) , and the thermasheets to keep cold items cold.
