Re: Way OT: I thought I overslept. My Smart Clock reset itself to an hour later. I unplugged it and replugged

I have 2 emerson smart clocks that I purchased from the Q. I think it was prior to 2005 because that's when Congress moved day light savings time around. Mine went off last week, though! Then for a little bit, I have to check the more current ones and my cell phone to see what time it really is.

Edited: just looked it up--it was passed in 2005 to change in 2007.

I have two sets of Emersons, one set correct, the other not. I fix them with the time zone switch.

Been got by the same thing. It does have to do the change in the time change. I actually wrote down the old Spring forward and fall back times changed and keep it in my nightstand so I can change the zone setting to compensate. Has worked well. Old Spring time change was 1st Sunday in April and Old Fall time change was Last Sunday in October. Hope this helps.
