I found an extra coffee cake with almond paste from Christmas and I've been enjoying it while looking at the snow!

It was 40 degrees here, but I confess, ....LOL ! Half of a pecan pie that was hidden in the back of the freezer 😜

@Azcowgirl   Sure thing!    Right now, I'm mixing up my "2017 batch"........I spike one with Cherry Heering, another with apricot brandy, peach brandy, etc.    I'm out of Cointreau........so I have to pay

Knowing trucker daughter was on her way home from a difficult 7 day trip, I made our favorite chocolate pound cake.  I've had 2 slices.

@Desertdi  A kindred soul.   I love rum soaked fruitcake too.  Wonderful for breakfast. 

Frozen pecan pie is a treat too.
