Waggoners Chocolate Buckeyes!

My kids love chocolate, so for a treat for Valentines Day, I purchased the Wagonner's Buckeyes, and they were so amazingly good! At Christmas time, I purchased the Nutcrackers TSV from Harry London (not so great) imo. Nobody ate the white chocolate-not good! The tins were great though...

I bought the tin of Giannio's Chocolate, and they loved that too. Does anyone have any suggestions of chocolates they've enjoyed? I would recommend both Waggoner's Buckeyes and Giannios tin mixture.

I almost ordered some Waggoners.

I can't be trusted with chocolate in the house! LOL I love to go to Rocky Mountain Chocolate for some good chocolate.

The guy that sells waggoneers chocolate is Harry Londons grandson and the host on Evine is his sister. I thought it was her because I remembered when she sold Harry London on QVC/HSN? way back when. I guess they sold the company and her brother started Waggonner.

Re: Waggoners Chocolate Buckeyes!

I have so many kids in my house at all times...3 of my own, and all their friends, so it doesn't last too long around here!

I didn't know that guy was related to Harry London. The guy who presents on QVC, isn't Harry London though, right?

Who is related to the Giannios company? LOL!

Who can!!!!

Almost ordered Waggoners also but Q's chocolates offerings (Harry London & Squirrel Brand) have been waxy with low chocolate flavor. I did not want to waste anymore money on TV chocolate.

For a low cal fix I have Hershey's powered Special Dark Chocolate, frozen banana with almond milk in the Nutra Ninja , it makes like a soft custard ice cream{#emotions_dlg.thumbup}

So funny that you should mention these two companies. I live about 1/4 of a mile from Waggoners factory store. Giannios is located in Youngstown Ohio, pretty close to me too. I used to order the bulk Giannios chocolate covered marshmallows when I had my gift basket business. They are very good.

Re: Waggoners Chocolate Buckeyes!

I live near the Giannos candy store and factory. They are a long time family owned business in the Youngstown, Ohio area. Their chocolate is freshly made and they have a wide variety from which to choose. My dear mother loved their chocolates and could only eat the soft centers so I would pick up a variety for her. They are individually wrapped and each flavor is in separate baskets, eg. vanilla cream filled in one basket, cherry cream filled in another, etc..

The best part about Giannos and what we all look forward to is that they open early on Easter morning and everything is 1/2 price. Needless to say, the line is always around the block. You can't go wrong with anything from Giannos. We have a lot of homemade chocolate factories in our area and all are very good (love anything chocolate) but Giannos is one of the best. We are also about 40 minutes from Waggoners. Needless to say, as a born and raised New Yorker, I love living here but my waistline doesn't. Whatever you decide to purchase, ENJOY!! docsgirl

Re: Waggoners Chocolate Buckeyes!

I think Waggoners is the best ever!! really like the dainties, sea salted caramels, pb & jelly and the very best are the pb sandwich crackers covered in chocolate. I ate a little too much chocolate this year and gained a few but I'm back on track and find I can eat some daily - just on do a full on pig out like I did. I think it was the weather and cold.
