with Rotisserie. Does anyone have one of his pressure ovens? How do you like it? It looks like it makes some yummy food.

I bought one of WP's ovens when they first came out.  Mine had the rotisserie and the so-called air fry basket to cook french fries and such.  I think I paid around $350 for it back in I am going to say 2014.  It just quit working about 3 months ago and I threw it out and got a Breville. Obviously, I would not buy another WP oven.

I did like the oven.  It did a good job on almost everything I used it for.  I only used the rotisserie one time as I found it more trouble than it was worth and it is hard to find small enough chickens to fit it . . .at least that is my experience.  Also, that is going to make a greasy mess in the oven, in my opinion.

I rarely used the pressure feature as I didn't see that it really did much of anything.  The little knob thing on the top was hard to get seated properly and served as more of a dirt collector than anything else.

I found the oven very hard to clean, although admittedly, I never really tried all that hard.  It is such a small space, with the electrical elements in the way, it made it difficult.  I felt that the exterior design of the oven was a bit clunky looking.

I never used the air fryer basket as I thought it would just spray oil all over the oven.  I threw that thing out.

The one I got early on was most likely a prototype.  I am sure they have made improvements since then.  I liked that you could fit a 13 x 9 baking pan (without any handles) into the oven.  I liked how the door swings out into the room as opposed to the Breville as I am always burning myself on the door that opens out flat..

I saw an Oster (I think that was the brand name) the other night on one of the shopping channels and it was large with two shelves and had "french doors."  I can't remember how much it was, but the increased capacity over the Breville kind of makes me wish I would have chosen that one instead.

I have a pressure oven without the Rotisserie.I use the oven almost everyday just as a regular oven..Used the pressure on  chicken and it was perfect  was a disaster on a roast. I would save my money and order another brand....Also bought Marian Getz pressure oven cook book great but many times she and WolfGang recipes for the same item were different confusing....On the roast he either forgot to add water in the recipe or it was a misprint total disaster....I tend to follow her.......Bought other items of his and have been happy just not the pressure oven........

yrs. ago I had one of those rotisserie ovens by that 'set it and forget it' guy who you don't see any more. Ronco MFG.   I never could tie the chicken up to keep it from hanging down and stopping the roatation. LOL

Just buy mine at the Market now. I like my Oster french door oven though got it in red of course. gives you extra oven and I got a fair size kitchen.

David had them on this past Sun.

I bought one several years ago when it was a Today's Special and had all the extras with it. We use the heck out of it   It is a work horse.

I gifted one to my son yesterday along with the cook book, oven gloves, and knives.

He maintain a large garden and does all the cooking. He feeds his family healthy and I thought this would save him time and energy.
