I have to agree with you @fthunt.  My KA oven came well packaged, everything protected.  We use it almost daily and so far have had no issues.

I alo am rethinking about buying anything else from KA. Yesterday I got my KA food chopper that I have had about 3 years. Used it maybe 5-6 times a year. It will not do anything now. Even if no food is in it nothing. At first I thought of just ordering the one they have now withe the extra bowl. Then why should I? If it works like the other one it will be broke in a few years. I love my KA mixer - have had it for about 10 yrs and never a problem. Just goes to show they got one thing right. So for now KA is not on my agenda to buy again.

Oh my! I'm so glad all my KA appliances are old. Sorry that happened. That's ridiculous!
