It's a sunny, clear morning but chilly.  

We're on our way to the flooring place to get our carpet picked out and ordered.  Depending on the total, we may add the kitchen floor and wood walkway from the kitchen to the front door. 🤞

When we get back home, lunch will be leftovers - pulled pork and mashed cauliflower.  I'll add a green veg of some kind.

Good morning everyone. Cloudy with a few showers today. Lately I haven't been eating breakfast or lunch but not all the time. We ordered food from bjs restaurant. Annas leg has been bothering her so getting around slow o ria told her not to cook we would order food todsy. Have a great day everyone.

We are having Swiss steak over jasmine rice and garlic cheesy bread for dinner.

The flooring place was a bust yesterday.  The guy we were supposed to see wasn't there. 🙄  We'll try tomorrow.  We went and looked at sofas today and picked up a bunch of storage bins from Walmart.  We're going to start gutting the LR & DR first and bring a lot to the resale shop.   Consequently, we're eating a lot later today than we're used to.  I'm hungry!  I began prepping as soon as we walked in the door.  Spaghetti squash has been roasting and I put Florentine Chicken in the oven.  When the squash comes out I'll mix a little butter, EVOO, and garlic with it.  We'll have enough chicken and squash leftover for Tuesday.  I wanted to roast some fresh asparagus but it was bad so I'm steaming frozen green beans.

Chicken cutlets, baked potato, and brussel sprouts for dinner.

I made a big pot of bean soup yesterday.  Plenty for several servings, and two containers for the freezer.

Tonight will be baked cod, mashed potatoes and green beans.

We just got back from the flooring business.  We have our wood laminate and carpet picked out!  

DH has to get a blood test this afternoon so we'll be leaving shortly.  

We're supposed to have lots of rain from now until midnight. Currently coming down like cats and dogs.  

No cooking today.  It's Fasting Monday.

PF Chang's Orange Chicken.  It's a meal!

Good evening everyone. Sunny and in the 60s today. Last few months not always bit I have been craving vinegar picked stuff and Italian dressing. We ordered food yesterday so I got a sausage ,pepper and onion grinder and an antipasto salad with Italian dressing. I don't like salad but it was delicious with the grinder. I only ate half the salad and finished the salad now for a snack.I made a cassarole for dinner, ground beef, shredded potatoes and veggies and when I was putting it away it slipped out of my hands and when upside down on the floor so I thru it away so I will have to figure out something else to cook.
