Breakfast for dinner tonight. Eggs over easy with bacon and Italian toast

Trucker daughter wants homemade pizza.

Picking this week's grocery store order today.  On the menu will be sloppy joes, chicken salad, tilapia with lemon vinaigrette and spinach and beans, steak fajitas and spaghetti. 

On top of everything that is going on with youngest DD, she fell down the steps in our garage 3 weeks ago and sprained both ankles.  The left ankle is much better but the right still hurts and  is in a brace.  The orthopedist is recommending PT which DH is helping her schedule today.

Our DDIL was taken off the schedule yesterday so she was able to join us.  I already had the steak made but quickly thawed a couple of boneless skinless chicken breasts and used some chicken fajita seasoning I had on hand since there was no time to get marinating ingredients.  The seasoning doesn't have the greatest ingredients but chicken was really good.  We used up all of the meat except for some of the chicken and peppers & onions so that went home with DS for his work lunch one day.  

I thawed thin cut ribeyes for DH and I for today's lunch.  He wants a couple of eggs with it.  My steak is a little larger than I prefer so no eggs for me. I haven't decided about a veg or small side salad.

Just put pork roast in the oven and will fix baked beans and potato salad to go with it.

We are getting Chinese takeout tonight. Sesame chicken, vegetable fried rice and egg rolls. Gloomy and raining here. Have a great day everyone.
