I agree with others .. why no EMAIL to tell us the orders were cancelled .. this puts some of us who were counting on these chocolates for Christmas presents in a predicament ... what to give now???!!! I understand that it was beyond their power when a fire happens but GEEZ ... notify people ... don't just cancel things .. btw this is NOT the first time that they have cancelled an order without explanation and I am getting MIGHTY tired of it!

I went back -- all my emails from QVC and I got no notice of the order being canceled...all other emails were there back to before Thanksgiving --- looks like some people were notified others like me were not. Yes I checked my spam .. Not there either.

I ordered yesterday directly from the FannieMae/Harry London website. They talked about the fire on Thanksgiving Day and said they do have some products available and building inventory as quickly as possible.
