Thanks!!! They do have so many recipes there including the Pumpkin Latte. I love my Vitamix & it is made in Ohio - so great!!

I have had a Vitamix for a long time [ fist one 30 years ago] & love it & try to listen when the demo's are on, but while they do say what is in the 'recipe'[ very fast] they never give the amounts which is very frustrating. The old books [ I upgraded about 5 years ago] do not have these new & yummy looking /sounding recipes. I think Jan [ the gentleman who does these demo's] should have a list here on QVC of the new vitamix tried & true recipes ...and list the amounts of the ingredients.....ie: chocolate fondue & the bar recipes, etc. ... I cannot find them on vitamix or on qvc or even pinterest....... There is nothing wrong with my vitamix so do not need to upgrade, but would love to get these newer recipes

Pumpkin Latté

Yield: 1 3/4 cups (420 ml)

Total Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients

• 1 cup (240 ml) hot or warm milk
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) strongly brewed coffee, hot
• 1/4 cup (60 g) canned pumpkin
• 1 Tablespoon white chocolate chips
• 1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
4. Blend for 35-45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.

This recipe has been written for the Vitamix 5200 with Standard 64-ounce container. If you are using a different Vitamix machine or container size, you may need to make adjustments to the Variable Speed, processing time, and/or ingredient quantities.
