I am trying to make 1-indregient banana "ice cream" in my Vitamix but it ends up with the overheated engine situation requiring me to turn off the machine for over 30 minutes to reset. I must be doing something wrong. I place a few spoons of milk in first and then sliced frozen bananas. I turn it on low and put the speed at about mid point. I use the stick to press/stir while it is mixing but within a minute the engine stops.

Any Vitamix pros out there who can help me out? The Vitamix works fine for everything else--but for some reason this banana mixture is a mystery to me.
