Vitamix overheating. Question

Wondering if anyone has had this problem. Got my VM a couple of weeks ago from the Q. Its the GC model. Anyway, I've used it 1-2 times a day and it has worked fine. Tried to make bread this morning. I've read the manual, watched the dvd. During the kneading phase the machine stopped. I followed the reset instructions. Its been 3 hrs and it still wont start. I'm so ticked right now. And guess what, NO Vitamix CS on Sundays! Has anyone had their machine take SEVERAL hours to cool down?
