Vitamix Question

I have the Vitamix Creations and cannot find, in the recipe book, how to grind meat. Can someone please let me know.

Bumping this post for the "night shift". Maybe someone there can help. I think Jan ground beef on Sunday's show, but I missed the entire presentation.

I also have the Creations, but have no idea about grinding meat. Why not call Vitamix? They have good CS.

Hi

the recipe is not in the vitamix book . Jan said cut up a piece of sirloin in small chunks then in the Creations 5200) on #1 for 6o seconds for hamburger meat.

the 7500 last demonstration was chicken chunks ( same as for hamburger) but pulse just three times for meatballs or chicken meatloafe. hope this helps.

We need an updated cook book. but i love my vitamix
