Vitamix Ice Cream Recipe

Jan had done a recipe for Chocolate ice cream using chocolate milk. He stated that all recipes done on air were in the cookbook. However this one is not. Does anyone know how it was made. I know that he used frozen cubes made from chooclate milk and then added more milk. Was there anything else? I also went back and looked at the video but that part of the presentation is not shown. Thanks
