I have allergies to wheat, gluten, soy, etc...buying brown rice flour is sooo expensive -

Amounts to $8.10 per pound - it is very good flour - but ouch! Most of the cost is in the shipping - trying to find other cheaper brown rice flours hasn't been easy in my neck of the woods.

Enter my Vitamix dry grain container. Now I can buy in bulk 25# bags of organic brown rice and grind the brown rice into the same consistency as the $8.10 per pound flour... The price - $1.39 per pound. Quite the savings! This is one example. I have a family grain mill I got - I don't care for it - the Vitamix is so much faster - you grind about 2 cups of rice at a time. Very very happy with the dry grinder attachment...
