If I didn't own the original Vitamix Blender, which I seldom use, I'd buy this thing in a New York minute.

I just bought it as a gift for a family member.

I have a similar device. Mine's by Mueller Austria, and it's amazing. I use the whisk attachment a lot and it does a great job. I'll be using it later today for pancakes for my lunch. It whips things into a fury in a blink of an eye. They're a very neat gadget.

I also have a Vitamix I rarely ever use....but I DID buy this!

I know I will use it a lot....and the Vitamix blender can just live in the pantry!

Re: Vitamin Immersion Blender

I have a Vitamix that I use once a year when freezing tomato sauce.  I should have never bought it.

That immersion blender looks interesting, but I doubt I would use that too much either.

I have tons of kitchen appliances and only use my food processor daily, and mixer a few times a week.  The rest I could do without.

Re: Vitamin Immersion Blender

I use my Vitamix all the time and I have an immersion stick that I use alot too--had one I got from HSN in the 90's that I used until it stopped--may it RIPWoman Very Happy--was a great little thing. But I did enjoy the demo. Gave me ideas how  to use it----love the little processor attachment--I have one with mine but never used it.
