VitaMix - frozen fruit getting stuck?

I have been using my VitaMix since Friday and it has been wonderful. Tonight I was making smoothies and the fruit got stuck on all three batches. The last one I made was enough milk to cover the blades, frozen sliced strawberries, frozen bananas sliced, handful of fresh grapes, baby spinach and three baby carrots. Completely stuck! The blades were spinning - I tried the tamper and no luck. I turned it off and stirred it, put it back and still stuck. I turned it off and spun the container around in a different direction and then it went. It also did not blend a sorbet recipe I followed from the book. Did I break it? It was fine all weekend.
