Vinyls for Kitchen Aid Mixer

Just reading another thread about those who have Kitchen Aid mixers. For those who have had their models for several years and wish you could get another color, one option to jazz things up a little is to add vinyls to them. There are lots on Etsy and Ebay, and they're not very expensive. Here are some pics:

I agree, Bree. My cousin has a Silhouette machine and makes all kinds of crafts from vinyl decals. One of the first things she did was decorate her Kitchen Aid. I think the vinyls are pretty easy to remove, too, if you ever get tired of the look or want to change it up.

They're nice if you leave your mixer out. You can really coordinate it with your kitchen.

Re: Vinyls for Kitchen Aid Mixer

I was on some blog yesterday and saw where the gal had used her Silhouette machine to do this. It was so cute! Wish I could remember which blog it was.....I visit too many blogs! I think her machine was white and I know she had little gingerbread men on it. And then some ""saying"" across it. These brain cells of mine are dying as I type.

Re: Vinyls for Kitchen Aid Mixer

I have my red one deco'd up. Will say one thing, though: these stickers have super glue type stuff on the back - the larger the piece the way more difficult it is to work wiith in the application process. If I had it to do over, I'd choose vinyls with smaller pieces.
