I love cauliflower...raw, roasted, riced, covered in a cheese sauce, in soup, etc.

Lisa Robertson got me started on roasted cauliflower years ago and I've been eating it often for all these years.

But there are other veggies I loathe. Green beans, beets, eggplant, lima beans...I avoid them all.

@kate2357    Yes.   We have had them both and always try and keep a bag of each in the freezer.  I don't have an air fryer but I bake them a little longer than what it says because we like them extra crispy.  If you have a Publix in your area they are on the Buy on Get on Free every couple months or so.

I have a bag of broccoli tots in my freezer. There’s no added sugar in these.

Alas, no Publix in my area (Seattle). I will wait until they go on sale. I thought they were very expensive for the size of the bag and I'm not sure I could only eat 6 tots as the serving suggestion ... maybe 9 would do me.

I did not end up buying today because of the price. Almost $5 a bag seems high for how little is in each bag. Maybe if I knew they were FABULOUS I would pay that price. Smiley Happy

Thanks for letting me know you like them & how you bake them off.

I thought the sugar and fat content was low when I read the label. I didn't look at the salt content though as I decided not to buy them until I saw them on sale. They were pricey at my store .. or at least I thought they were pricey for the size.
