Try using a different bag.  If you are recycling a bag, they can be worn out.  If it's new it could have a tiny hole in it or it didn't get all of the top in the slot.  Good luck.

Is your sealer a Food Saver?  If so, perhaps your chicken is wet and liquid/water is being pulled out of the bag and not sealing properly.  It should seal automatically when all air is removed.
