VITAMIX RECIPE - CHEDDAR, CHEDDAR, CHEDDAR SOUP

I have owned my vitamix for 8 years and love it. Jan made a soup called Cheddar, Cheddar, Cheddar using yukon gold potatoes and apples. After the soup was heated he then added 1 slice of bacon. Does anyone have the recipe? I cannot find it anywhere (QVC nor Vitamix). Jan prepared this soup at the same time he made the broccoli soup during the 12 am and 10 am showings.
