Does anyone use clearjel as a replacement for cornstarch or flour as thickener? I just made some chocolate pudding and used instant clearjel. This was awesome...no lumps and extremely creamy. I am told if you add it to your homemade pie filling it adds no "off" flavor. The same for jelly and jam. I would be anxious to hear others comments. Thank You
