I've never bought from either, I can get everything they sell cheaper elsewhere.

Well, that is sad news.  I enjoy Chef's Catalogue. There is no substitute that I know of.  I'm old and don't need much any more, but still will miss them.

It is sad for me, too. I've purchased quite a bit from Chef's over the years. I'm going to miss it.

Bummer. I love Chef's catalog. I've ordered from them a few times and love everything they've sent me.
