Turkey Memories

Yes, the turkey was undercooked (back in the oven) or overcooked (dry like cardboard) but I do remember my grandma and grandpa that were in the meat market business serving a 53# turkey for Thanksgiving. Seriously, it barely fit in her oven but it turned out "picture perfect" and was cooked to perfection.

Never saw one that huge since that.....and that was quite some years ago.
