Trick To Prevent Avacado Turning Brown

You don't need lemon or lime, all you need to do is leave the seed or pit with the slice avacado, dice avacado, even in the salad. It will prevent the avacado turn brown. I slice some avacado for sushi, and leave the pit in the container, it did not turn brown at all. HTH
