Just read this post and HAD to reply. This is my favorite chocolate. I buy the big bars and keep them in the freezer, my second choice is See's, but T. Joes s the best.

The pound plus 72% bars are very good and a good value. Excellent for baking as well. TJs also carries small bars of Valrhona from France. Please pick up some of these as well! Valrhona is the chocolate used by most of the top pastry chefs in France. My guess is the Pound plus Belgian TJ bars are made by either Callebaut or Peter's, both reputable brands.
