10 grams/tablespoon. Not the best, but not terrible either. I am a type 2 diabetic and watch my carbs but I'm not a super low carb person. And I only eat breakfast on weekends ;-)

Thanks! Thats high, thought I would add it to yogurt..want to try the pumpkin cream cheese too. I could use it with celery...I don't do grains at all, so I need ideas on how to use it, lol! (I take my client to rehab tomorrow, and its right by Trader Joes, Yay!) LOVE Trader Joes, love Aldis too! Would LOVE the pumpkin ice cream and the kringle..but that would be asking too much! I will have some pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving though! Lol!

Hi Grace-Hope you are doing well!!! I see that moonchilde responded to your ? Yes, so many tempting treats this time of year. Everything in moderation. I only buy a limited amount of dessert/sweet items and shop weekly. Wanted those pumpkin croissants and cookie butter cups, but those are on the list for next week. Otherwise, it's too tempting during late night when cravings kick in and there's ice cream, cookies, butter cups {#emotions_dlg.mellow} Figured buying the brussels sprouts balanced the splurge of pumpkin bars, kringle and ice cream...

They have fresh cut up chunks of pumpkin that might be a better alternative to add to your yogurt. Its in the refrigerated section by the veggies.

Been to Target lately and found a cute buffalo check shirt..got leggings in blue, green, black and brown..got some matching tanks and they were only $7.50 each, my shirt was marked down from $22 to $15! That was a surprise! They still have alot of Altuzzara..hope you're happy with yours!

Yes, we need to monitor Target for reductions on Altuzarra items. There were some in my store too this past weekend. I scored some cute plaid patterned footless tights on sale at 4 dollars and change-gray, blue and purple. They had some solid tights on sale too. I always find some accessory or top there at a steal. Love the Halloween section...

I'd pick Trader Joes over Whole Foods, any day. And I do.

Re: Trader Joe's-New/Fall Seasonal Items!!!

For pumpkin loving ladies, Trader Joe's is now offering fresh pumpkin, cleaned and cut up, bagged and ready to cook.

I'm going to get some as soon as our heat wave passes and use it in recipes I have for stews with pumpkin pieces.

Re: Trader Joe's-New/Fall Seasonal Items!!!

Thanks to this thread, I also picked up a kringle last week. It's in the freezer and every now and then I cut off a small piece and heat it in my toaster oven. I'm not a coffee drinker, but it's also delicious with tea. I hope to get back there before they stop carrying them so that I can grab another one for the freezer.

I asked them how many times per year they carry the kringle, and they said only at Halloween and Christmas. I got one last year during the holidays and it was delicious as well. I believe it was almond flavored.

When I got to the checkout counter, I saw the display of dark chocolate pumpkin spiced salted caramels. I picked up a box and they are fantastic. They're not chewy; rather, the caramel is more liquidy. Very, very good, but I have to stop myself at two or else I'll eat the entire box. I definitely have to stock up on those, so this week I'm going to pick up a few more boxes.

Thanks for all your recommendations! Smile
