Last year no matter how many times I was there, they were out of the Pumpkin Spice Coffee, so this year I picked it up early! Don't think I had ever tried it before but it's definitely a nice seasonal item.

look for it at Aldi's too. Owned by the same family so Aldi's bring in a lot of the same items only label them under their brand. 3.99 for coffee. I stock up on pumpkin and gingerbread come Thanksgiving.

Thanks. Unfortunately, we don't have Aldi's here, so TJ's is my only local source. But I got it this year and that will last me awhile. {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}

Re: Trader Joe's-New/Fall Seasonal Items!!!

haven't read this entire thread so i'm sorry if this has already been said but i was in tj's today and found (and bought) another pumpkin item-- pumpkin rolls! i was picking up some half and half and they've moved the refrigerated cookie dough and the tj's pop 'em biscuits and cinnamon rolls to that section (smart, i never would have seen them otherwise) and next to the cinnamon rolls were pumpkin rolls. it looks like they are like cinnamon rolls but have pumpkin in the dough and the icing is pumpkin spice instead of plain old super sugary vanilla. figured i'd give them a try as a special treat. they look like they will go really well w/ the coffee i was getting that half and half for Smiley Happy i hope they are good (but not too good...i do not need to get hooked)!

Has anyone mentioned the pumpkin cheerios? Very crispy, sweet and flavorful!

I made the pumpkin cornbread yesterday. It was fantastic...the taste of pumpkin bread with the texture and coarse bite of cornbread.

Find it with the other mixes.

Re: Trader Joe's-New/Fall Seasonal Items!!!

I simply could not live anywhere that did not have a Trader Joe's! Thank goodness we have plenty in So. Cal. as well as one near my vacation home in Las Vegas! This Fall I picked up their Pumpkin Bread/Muffin Mix and instead of regular oil, I used a tangerine-flavored olive oil (www.pasolivo.com). Olive oil is so much better for you than corn, canola or vegetable oil. I made mini muffins that came out soooo good! I will never make TJ's pumpkin bread/muffins any other way from now on.

Oh, my, this all sounds so wonderful and I can hardly eat any of it. Have come up allergic to gluten. I'm so angry at this, as I'm a fairly good cook and great baker and have always loved TJ's baked goods for a treat.

Enjoy, all!

Re: Trader Joe's-New/Fall Seasonal Items!!!

How about Pumpkin Croissants sprinkled with pepitas? The S.A. told us it's a new item. In the freezer next to the year round croissants-almond, chocolate, etc. They offered a sample of the Pumpkin Body Butter-so emollient with a spicy scent and a fantastic price point of $5. They increased the order of the pumpkin body butter this year since last year it sold out in early Oct. Also received info that another Kringle flavor will be offered around Thanksgiving, still selling the pumpkin kringle. There was a big table with stacks of the brussel sprouts on stems. And an end cap stacked with a new gingerbread house kit. It's definitely fall at TJ's!!!

Chi, did you get any pumpkin butter?? If so, do you know how many carbs per serving?? It sounds delicious, but I have diabetes, so I do low carb. Tia!! LOVE TJ's, another thing we have in common! Hope all is well with you!

10 grams/tablespoon. Not the best, but not terrible either. I am a type 2 diabetic and watch my carbs but I'm not a super low carb person. And I only eat breakfast on weekends ;-)
