We tried it for the first time yesterday and it's delicious!
The gingerbread has great flavor and texture, and it's just as delicious the next day, very moist.

Can not go wrong with anything from Trader Joe.

Two weeks ago I took a box of gingerbread and made Ginger Bread Brownies for my son and his family. So good, but I am going to Dr. it up a bit more the next time for even more ooey gooey.
Recipe called for 1/3 cup of Evaporated Milk and one stick of butter and bake at temp. on mix for 20 to 25 min. I used 1/2 cup of the milk since I was adding in a one half bag of Pumpkin Spice chips from Tollhouse. They were great but I am going to try a little sweetened cond. milk with it next time or maybe just more brownie.

Hi Panda, I totally agree ![]()
I remember those old dry mixes from years ago... they are nothing like TJoes.
I also picked up the TJoe's banana bread mix to make for my daughter and the pumpkin bread mix just to have on hand for when I know someone will be stopping by the house.

I got their Gingerbread Coffee a few years ago and really didn't like it. As I recall, it was very bitter and not at all like gingerbread. I went back to TJ's and got a refund.

I'm just not a fan of flavored coffee, so I wouldn't even try that. I can't say that I've ever met a flavored coffee that I've liked.
I do like some things added to coffee after it's made though.

You go, girl!
They are delicious, and really easy.
I forgot to mention, DD added rum soaked raisins to the gingerbread, her father LOVES raisins. I taught her how a long time ago: put raisins in a small bowl, add rum or bourbon or whatever, depending on amount of raisins. I usually just do about a tablespoon. Put in microwave for a little bit, less than a minute, and let sit for awhile until they cool. Feel free to drink strained "juice" ![]()
