Trader Joe's Garlic potatoes with parmesan sauce

These were new to me, very flavorful, and great with eggs for an easy dinner for myself. They are sliced thin and cooked in the microwave for five minutes. The taste was outstanding, I would like to come up with a cooking method to make them crispy though.

Anyone else try these? In the freezer section.
