Toaster oven recommendation??

I am in need of a new toaster oven - nothing fancy. Just got rid of my black and decker (sp?), because after I recently used it, I saw a small candle-like flame inside of it. I no longer trust this brand, as the toaster wasn't that old, and not abused. Can anyone recommend a reliable, not too expensive toaster?? I have checked out reviews of toaster ovens on Kohl's and Targets websites and was not impressed with any of them . TIA
