The wintry weather has already driven me to soup for dinner twice in the past five days, so tonight I'm going with a nice bacon-cheddar quiche (storebought crust to make things simple) plus a side of tasty, toasty garlic bread. Can't wait to dig in!

I made beef stew last weekend since it was cold. There was enough there to eat for 4 days plus DH took some to work. Yum!!!

Suppose to get cold again around New Years & after so I will make some more.

Can't believe it will be in the upper 70's this weekend? It's winter or so we thought.
