Since I saw your post yesterday I’m looking (internet) and cannot find this guacamole cheese which of course makes me want it more.  A coupla fresh markets in my area are trying to run it down so for now I’ll hang on to the pic you posted and keep drooling hahaha.

i will be looking for this and hopefully there is a small wedge to try.

the fresh market is one of my most favorite places to shop.
