Thinning to cookbook project

I have been going through my recipes(loose, magazines & cookbooks) and making at least 2 new dishes a week. I have been modifying them to meet my nutrition needs & choice & building a cookbook in a three ring notebook.

My collection is large enough that I need to build an index in my computer.

It has made meal planning fun this fall & winter. I avoided the some old rotation.

I am now wokring on building a menu of major cuisines of the world. (Greek is next)

So, for you ladies who are really tired of menu plannig & cooking, this is a fun way to spice it up!
