LOL

Just happy with what little in looks department I do have. Some a lot better and a lot a lot worse looking is my theory. My FNP doesn't seem worried they go by your blood test numbers. Not a diabetic, but, got to watch it or I could be. Don't want to go that route.

If you put your treadmill, recumbent whatever in front of the TV keep your brain concentrating on something else the half hour of riding goes by fast.

Sometimes instead of the 8 miles I'll look down and I'll go Yikes ! 9.50 !

Just do it 3 times a week. I want my weekends to be more 'relaxed' LOL

You remind me a lot of my friend in looks only @SharkE. Unfortunately she is beholden to her 40 year old daughter who dictates her every move.

I'm childless by choice, so, just beholden to an old man.  LOL

At walmart Thurs and noticed Betty Crocker came out with a new pancake mix. First, I've seen of it if it's not new.  Couldn't find my Mrs. Butterworth's, sold out again, so, I gave it a try. Seems pretty good I added teeny bit of sugar to the batter and ate a pancake to try it out.

Should be good if they can make cake mixes pancake should be good too. Although, I like Duncan Hines mixes better. LOL

@SharkE.  To answer your original question...does Betty Crocker own the Aunt Jemima name?  Theyve said they're going to remove that brand from the market and replace it with a product with a new name.
