If you follow the Food Babe and get her emails or follow her on Social Media do you ever feel like you dont have much left to eat that you like lol!?

I used to get her emails and almost everything she says is bad for us is things we in our family have eaten for years. Not saying that is a good thing lol. But it is hard to follow what she says is good and to not eat the bad.

I think you need to do the best you can with knowledge given to be and feel healthy.When you get too extreme that it becomes stressful or not enjoyable then how is that good for you.

I do not follow her because she shares information that isn't scientifically valid and makes recommendations that arne't medically sound. She is not a doctor or a nutritionist; her degree is in computer science. She pedals fear and pseudoscience for clicks and money.

What did you hope to get from her program, @CherryHugs?

I had never heard of her but did a quick look at her website and she seems to promote removing sugar from the diet as a start. That's not unhealthy.
