Thanksgiving Eve meal

I am enjoying reading the post about what to serve for breakfast on Thanksgiving and I am wondering what you all fix the night before? Family starts arriving in time to eat that night and sometimes I just run out of ideas. I NEED a standby that will become a tradition so it is not one more thing to 'worry' about.
