I watch David's shows, but it is nice with a different host once in awhile. A woman's perspective on items is kind of nice. Jane has always seemed, to me, someone who came in for a girl's chat and I like that. She seems like a great mother and homemaker. So I enjoyed her on ITKWD as a substitute. Mary Beth and Carolyn would be good subs also for those times David is gone. I hope he is enjoying some warm weather somewhere on his well-deserved rest.

When I first started watching QVC, all the hosts did kitchen shows. Bob was there, but they seemed to rotate the kitchen shows differently. I have absolutely no problem with David, in fact, I really like him and love his shows, but it is nice to see other hosts in the kitchen too. Back then, Mary Beth wrote two cookbooks and showcased them on the kitchen shows which was a lot of fun.

I think David does a wonderful job!! He's happy, fun,& knowledgeable. I seriously don't understand why anyone would have issues with him. Do happy people make you angry??

I didn't know that David was on vacation, and my reaction was, "Oh, no!" also. I watched Jane for a little while and then turned the TV off. I never liked her so I don't watch when she's on, but thought maybe she had improved.

But no - I just find her unwatchable. So clearly we all have different opinions about the hosts and that's what QVC expects. We'll like some, we won't like others, pretty much something for everyone.

I look forward to David coming back. Yes, he's a bit goofy and over-the-top, but that's his shtick and I enjoy his shows.
